Problem

Here are some things to try if your login is not working

Solution

If you are having difficulty logging-in to Atomize try the following:

  1. Check that you are using the correct login name
  2. Click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions
  3. If you did not receive a login password check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' Folder
  4. Try using another browser or computer.  You may be experiencing caching issues, so this step will alleviate that problem
  5. If none of the above works please contact us at support@atomize.com
If you have not registered with us as a user for your account you will not be able to login.  Check with us to make sure you have been given authorization to login.
